Mission principale

· Assurer la gestion et la coordination de l'ensemble des activités de production afin de garantir la fabrication des produits dans les délais, les couts et a qualité définis, tout en veillant à la sécurité du personnel et à la performance des équipements

  • Le responsable de prod agit comme le bras opérationnel du directeur d'usine, garant du bon déroulement quotidien de la production et de l'atteinte des objectifs industriels
  • Planifier, organiser et superviser les activités de production selon les objectifs de volume, de qualité et de délais ,
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre du planning de production en lien avec la maintenance, la logistique et la qualité
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance (rendement, taux de revu , TRS , )et mettre en place des actions correctives
  • Encadrer et animer les équipes de production : suivi de la performance, formation et motivation et discipline
  • Garantir le respect des procédures HSE et des standards qualité tout au long du processus de fabrication

·       Compétences et qualités requises

  • Excellente maitrise des procèdes de fabrication et de l'environnement

·       Bonne connaissance des normes de qualité, sécurité et environnement

·       Capacité d'analyse et esprit de terrain

Profil recherché

-formation : ingénieur ou licence en génie industriel, mécanique, production ou équivalent

-Expérience : Minimum 5à7 ans dans un environnement industriel , dont une partie en encadrement d'équipé
