Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads
. You will take full ownership of the digital marketing strategy — from planning and content scheduling to campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across
Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
. - Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Create, manage, and optimize detailed media plans, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Define and maintain the
content calendar & posting schedule
for social media channels. - Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Work independently to manage end-to-end digital marketing activities without external supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
with measurable results. - Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to create and execute digital strategies independently.
- Solid knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with content planning, social media scheduling, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
