We are seeking an Android Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with a high-quality codebase and the latest tools to promote your skills as an expert in complex frontend development for Android native platforms.

Your primary focus will be on developing mobile applications and their integration with backend services. You will collaborate with other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include designing and building mobile applications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness, collaborating with a team to define, design, and ship new features, identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization, participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing ideas to our technology, algorithms, and products.

To be successful in this role, you must have technical skills, a minimum of 2 years of experience, proficiency in Android and Kotlin, familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications, web architecture including Rest and restful APIs, microservices, version control using GIT, and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have technical skills include containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, caching with Redis server, scaling and web load balancing, and experience in a rapidly growing company in the mobility, on-demand, or fintech space.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field is required.
