IT Operations Support and Services Senior Specialist

As a key player in the automotive industry, we are seeking an IT Operations Support and Services Senior Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support to end-users, production systems, and infrastructure.

• Deliver exceptional technical support to end-users, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of IT infrastructure components.

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT operations and end-user support, preferably within manufacturing or automotive environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in French (professional working level).
• Knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
