A multinational food and beverage company is hiring for a Franchise Operations Analyst for their Africa Operations to be based in Algiers, Algeria.
Job requirements:
- Driving the metrics required to guide the execution of strategy across various customer and commercial disciplines Like RGM and Shopper / Channel development.
- Leading Customer & commercial analytics projects in order to drive deeper understanding of customer and category insights in modern trade.
- Liaising with other functions to coordinate research and data requirements of the team and ensures timely conclusion of the projects.
- Connecting the dots across data points, creating a gap and opportunity analysis across the business (Marketing, Channel, Regional KPI's, Share, volume etc.)
- Leading scorecarding and creation of a single source of truth database for the C&CL KPIs (eg: volume, revenue, incidence, OI growth, OOS reduction, RED, etc)
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years working experience in Customer & Commercial or other related area preferably in a multi-country/multi-bottler environment
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Agile methodology
- Advanced Project management skills
