Role Description
As a Senior Financial Controller, you drive business growth by ensuring robust financial governance, delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing strategic insights that support informed decision-making and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate financial policies.
- Monitor costs, profitability, and business performance across projects and departments.
- Coordinate monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Develop financial dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and sustainable growth.
