We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo's architecture and proven experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules. As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable solutions to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Odoo developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo frameworks and architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
