Lead Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to support the successful delivery of large-scale industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cost estimation, tendering, quantity take-offs, budget preparation, and commercial analysis.

• 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬

• 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬

Key Requirements:

✅ bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline

✅ Minimum 8+ years of experience in Estimation and Tendering

✅ Experience in industrial, infrastructure, commercial, or large-scale construction projects

✅ Proven ability to prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

✅ Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost planning, and market pricing analysis

✅ Understanding of local suppliers, subcontractors, and construction practices

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel and estimating software skills

✅ Strong analytical and commercial skills
