Construction Manager

Job location: Adrar, Algeria

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution, cost control, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and project resources.
• Monitor quality, HSE compliance, risk management, and value engineering.
• Support tendering, project planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, QA/QC, HSE, contracts, and risk management.
• SAP/ERP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
