- Welcoming customers, identifying their needs and offering them suitable travel deals.
- Designing and selling travel and tourism products: ticketing, stays, tours, Umrah, hotels.
- Prepare quotes, reservations, contracts and travel documents.
- Assisting clients with travel formalities (visas, insurance, documents).
- Follow up on files, payments and after-sales service until customers return.
- Prospecting for new clients, both individuals and businesses, and building customer loyalty. ## Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in tourism, commerce, management or equivalent (Bac+2 Bac+3).
- Experience in a travel agency.
- Knowledge of destinations, tourism products and travel regulations.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and travel platforms is appreciated.
- Sense of contact, sales, negotiation and customer service.
