Assembly, Maintenance, and Overhaul Operator

Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes. Partner with the best As an Assembly, Maintenance, and Overhaul Operator you will be responsible for
- Performing inspection, repair, assembly, and service-related activities in accordance with approved procedures and quality requirements.
- Operating and support a variety of equipment, tools, and process-controlled operations.
- Ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Completing operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Supporting operational targets related to quality, turnaround time, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Participating in Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
- Sharing technical knowledge and support team development when required. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial, maintenance, repair, inspection, or service environment.
- Have experience supporting multiple operational processes and specialized activities.
- Have exposure to highly regulated industrial environments is preferred.
- Have strong commitment to HSE, Quality, and Operational Excellence .
- Have the ability to work across different processes and operational areas.
