Algiers, Algeria Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Geosolutions Geophysicist to join our team in Algiers. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in seismic data acquisition, processing, and interpretation, working closely with experienced geophysicists and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment while contributing to high-impact geophysical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing seismic data using industry-standard software and workflows
- Support senior geophysicists in testing and validating processing parameters
- Help ensure processed data is delivered accurately and on schedule
- Participate in quality control checks and velocity picking
- Learn to interpret seismic test results and contribute recommendations
- Collaborate with the project team and assist in daily project management tasks
- Archive and document project data according to company standards
- Stay updated on developments in seismic data processing and geophysical techniques
- Provide support to junior and senior team members as needed
