Join us in our journey to deliver the best service possible to the hospitality world Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our financial operations across the North Africa region and ensure accurate reporting across the business. This role plays a key part in month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance, while working closely with senior finance roles. The position offers strong scope for professional development, increased responsibility, and long-term progression within the finance function as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities
Participation on handling of accounting tasks. Independent handling of accounting tasks Accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger Execution of travel expenses Takeover of payments Preparation of Value added tax returns Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Processing of payment transactions and receivables management. Communication with the state administration Active participation in various financial projects Creation and evaluation of financial analysis Administrative tasks Payroll accounting Moving to new ERP system and input of documents will be valued positively What We’re Looking For: Work experience in finance and accounting Good knowledge of using ERP Systems is preferable Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical ability Independent, goal-oriented way of working Willing to learn and grow within the company Experience in accounting for hotels or restaurants Partly qualified or qualified Languages: Fluent in English and in local language, both written and spoken Why Join HRS?
