Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at HALO ENGLISH INSTITUTE in Dély Brahim. The role involves greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about courses, schedules, and policies. Daily tasks include managing check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining reception area organization, and supporting registration and payment processes. The Receptionist will handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, managing appointment bookings, and updating student records. The role also includes coordinating with teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming, professional environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties skills, including visitor greeting, appointment scheduling, and front desk coordination. Candidates should possess effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, inquiries, and information sharing clearly and courteously. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities, providing friendly, professional support to students, parents, and visitors. Candidates should possess essential Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and basic office administration. Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in English and local languages, basic computer literacy (email, office software), previous experience in an educational or customer-facing environment, strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
