We are seeking an SFE Manager to lead the Sales Force Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence agenda across the region. The role will drive commercial effectiveness, productivity, and execution excellence through data-driven insights, optimized sales force deployment, customer segmentation, CRM/CLM excellence, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
As a strategic business partner, the SFE Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and other key functions to translate commercial data and market insights into actionable strategies. The role will support sustainable business growth by optimizing resource allocation, enhancing field-force productivity, improving customer engagement, and maximizing return on commercial investment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Northwest Africa Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) agenda in alignment with corporate Commercial Excellence strategy.
• Drive sales force optimization, including customer segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, field-force sizing, deployment, and productivity.
• Develop and manage commercial performance dashboards and analytics covering sales, brands, territories, teams, customer segments, market share, productivity, and ROI.
• Drive CRM/CLM excellence, ensuring system adoption, data quality, reporting accuracy, master data integrity, and continuous system improvement.
• Lead target setting and sales incentive management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Support commercial planning, sales forecasting, launch planning, and resource allocation through data-driven analysis and business cases.
• Develop customer-centric and omnichannel strategies, including segmentation, targeting, customer engagement, and digital channel performance.
• Identify and lead commercial process improvement and standardization initiatives in line with corporate best practices.
• Act as a trusted cross-functional business partner to Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, HR, and other relevant functions.
• Translate commercial data and market insights into actionable recommendations to improve growth, field-force effectiveness, resource allocation, and return on commercial investment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support change management and transformation across the commercial organization. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Business Intelligence, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and commercial data sources such as IQVIA/IMS Health.
• Proven experience in customer engagement, business intelligence, CRM/CLM, and commercial analytics.
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and master data management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of Python and/or R is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong project and process management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Experience in omnichannel engagement and commercial transformation is an advantage.
• Algerian nationality required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
