We work closely with clients across digital transformation, web and mobile applications, enterprise platforms, system integrations, and MVP development, combining strong UX with modern, scalable software engineering.
Role Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) / Engineering Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of software and digital projects. The TPM will work closely with clients, developers, QA, UI/UX, and internal management to ensure projects are properly planned, estimated, executed, tracked, and delivered.
Key responsibilities
include: Manage multiple software projects simultaneously from requirements through production release. Define project scope, requirements, WBS, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans. Coordinate developers, QA, UI/UX, and other technical resources. Facilitate effort estimation and resource planning with technical teams. Track planned vs. actual effort, cost, timelines, and project progress. Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning, priorities, dependencies, and blockers. Identify and manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and delivery dependencies. Maintain clear project documentation, reports, action trackers, and project history. Work directly with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate project status. Support BRD, SRS/SRD, technical requirements, UAT, releases, and project handover. Participate confidently in technical discussions and coordinate with technical leads on architecture and implementation decisions. Identify project resource and capacity needs, including gaps requiring additional technical team members. Support developer recruitment and team sourcing by identifying required technical profiles, reviewing and screening candidates, participating in interviews, and coordinating resource onboarding and allocation. Qualifications Proven experience managing software development projects. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience managing web, mobile, backend/API, integration, or enterprise software projects. Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource-management skills. Experience tracking actual effort and delivery performance against project baselines. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar. Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with software engineers. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Experience with risk, issue, scope, and change management. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Professional English communication skills Preferred: Previous hands-on software development or engineering experience. Experience preparing BRD and SRS/SRD documentation. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, or system integrations.
