• 2+ years in growth engineering, data or full-stack roles, ideally at a marketplace or mobile-first startup
• Strong in SQL/MongoDB queries and Python or JavaScript/Node.js
• Hands-on with marketing APIs and product analytics tools
• Has built with LLM APIs, chatbots or the WhatsApp Business API
• Thinks in funnels and cohorts, not vanity metrics
• Ships fast with AI coding tools, and checks the output
• Self-directed: you spot the problem, size it and fix it without waiting for a ticket
• Explains findings clearly to non-technical teammates
• Works in French and English; Arabic or Darija a strong plus
• Bonus: experience in logistics, mobility or emerging markets The details 📍 Fully remote 🗓️ Sunday to Thursday, flexible hours 💰 Salary negotiable
