E is #Hiring | Insurance Invoicing Specialist Join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing client invoicing, account reconciliations, premium payments, and coordination with clients and insurance companies. 💼 What will you be doing? 🔹 Prepare and manage client invoices and insurance-related billing documents 🔹 Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments 🔹 Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies 🔹 Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve billing and account issues 🔹 Handle client inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account balances 🔹 Prepare invoicing, payment, and account analysis reports 🔹 Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing and follow-up 🔹 Support smooth and accurate financial operations across client accounts 🎯 What are we looking for? ✅ Bachelor's degree ✅ 1–2 years of experience in Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Insurance Operations, or a related field ✅ Strong English communication skills ✅ Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail ✅ Good command of Microsoft Office
