aligns with your professional experience and qualifications TWEEZGROUP is an eCommerce group with 15+ years of experience building consumer brands (wellness, beauty, sleep, home & lifestyle), sold on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and European and US marketplaces. Lean team, fast execution, AI in our daily work. The role You own the physical flow of our business: from supplier purchase order to the parcel delivered at the customer's door. A hands-on operational role: orders ship every day, best sellers never run out, returns are handled cleanly, and the numbers (COGS, stock, shipping costs) are accurate in every tool we use.
What you'll do
• Daily D2C order processing and dispatch coordination with our 3PL
• Stock monitoring, replenishment and supplier purchase orders (POs)
• End-to-end returns management
• Choosing the best shipping options (cost, speed, carrier performance)
• Handling logistics incidents hands-on: you call carriers, 3PLs or suppliers in French or English and follow through until resolved
• Managing COGS and PPMS across our tools (Sheets, bookkeeper file, Sellerboard, Shopify…)
• Reporting logistics performance to senior management with recommendations Profile
• 2+ years in eCommerce logistics, supply chain or operations
• Experience with 3PLs, carriers and supplier purchase orders
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Shopify and/or Amazon (FBA, Vendor Central): a strong plus
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone and quick to react
• Comfortable with AI tools
• Fluent French and English (required); Arabic, Spanish or German a plus
