As we establish our new branch in Djelfa, we are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, and proactive individual to help us develop our B2B network, identify new projects, and strengthen our digital presence.
This is not a traditional retail sales position. Our focus is on professional clients, business partnerships, and large-scale project opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Relations
* Identify and approach potential clients, including construction companies, contractors, architects, engineering firms, developers, and project owners.
* Actively prospect for new projects, build professional relationships, and follow up on business opportunities.
* Present Quick Design’s products and solutions in a professional and convincing manner.
* Understand client requirements and prepare preliminary quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with management.
* Help turn potential opportunities into long-term client relationships and successful projects. Digital Presence & Product Communication
* Stay informed about industry developments, product trends, and relevant market opportunities.
* Understand the products and services offered by Quick Design well enough to communicate their features, applications, and benefits accurately.
* Contribute to publishing and maintaining relevant content across our social media platforms.
* Help present products, completed projects, technical details, and practical applications through clear and engaging content.
* Suggest content ideas and communication strategies that strengthen our brand and attract the right audience. Who Should Apply? We welcome candidates with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Marketing, or Business Development, as well as candidates with relevant experience and a strong interest in our industry. We value:

* Good communication and professional relationship-building skills.
* A genuine interest in construction materials, design solutions, and project development.

* Persistence, adaptability, and a willingness to learn continuously. Previous experience in B2B sales, digital content, or project coordination is an advantage. However, we are also open to ambitious graduates who demonstrate the right mindset and potential.
