Entreprise algérienne historique, active depuis 1946 et spécialisée dans les infrastructures ferroviaires et industrielles, CSEE ALGER poursuit sa dynamique de modernisation, de structuration de ses processus et d’amélioration de sa performance. 🎯 Votre mission Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous assurerez le pilotage de la fonction financière et comptable et contribuerez activement à la performance économique et à la maîtrise des risques de l’entreprise. 📌 Vos principales

responsabilités:
• Superviser la comptabilité générale, analytique et les clôtures périodiques.
• Piloter la trésorerie, les prévisions financières et les besoins de financement.
• Assurer le suivi financier des projets, des budgets et de leur rentabilité.
• Garantir la conformité aux obligations comptables, fiscales et réglementaires algériennes.
• Développer des tableaux de bord et un reporting financier fiable, régulier et orienté vers la prise de décision.
• Renforcer les procédures financières, la maîtrise des risques et la fiabilité des informations comptables.
• Accompagner la transformation digitale de la fonction financière, notamment à travers le déploiement d'un ERP.
• Encadrer et développer les compétences de l'équipe financière et comptable. 👤

Profil recherché
• Formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité, gestion ou discipline équivalente.
• Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de responsabilité financière et comptable.
• Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité, de la fiscalité et de la réglementation algériennes.
• Solides compétences en gestion de trésorerie, analyse financière, contrôle budgétaire et reporting.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes ERP.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise all accounting and financial operations, including periodic financial closing and statutory reporting.

• Ensure full compliance with Algerian accounting standards, taxation requirements, and applicable financial regulations.
• Develop reliable financial dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators to support decision-making.

• Contribute actively to the company's digital transformation, particularly the implementation and optimization of an ERP system.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Accounting team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with operational departments and General Management to improve financial visibility and overall business performance. 👤 Candidate Profile
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting management position.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian accounting practices, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in treasury management, financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in financial management tools and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and sound professional judgment.
• High standards of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
