Role Description This full-time, on-site French Teacher role is based at CDM’s training center in Annaba. The French Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop learners’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French, aligned with CDM’s training objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, assessing learner progress, providing individualized tutoring or support when needed, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The role involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in teacher training or professional development activities, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality educational outcomes. The French Teacher is also expected to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment and communicate regularly with learners about their goals and progress. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in French Teaching and general Teaching, with the ability to deliver clear, structured lessons to diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess skills in Tutoring and Education, including supporting individual learners and adapting instructional methods to different learning styles.
• Candidates should possess experience or interest in Teacher Training, contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching practices and curriculum quality.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, and/or recognized teaching certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in French (near-native or native level) and solid command of instructional methodologies.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an international training environment.
• Prior experience teaching French to young adults or vocational learners is highly beneficial.
