At Eni, we are seeking a Chef Service HSE Business, IMS & Reporting to join Eni Algeria in Algiers. You will be responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and reporting on HSE performance and business processes across Joint Venture sites, ensuring the integrity of the Integrated Management System (IMS), regulatory compliance, and effective HSE oversight in line with Eni governance and international standards. As Chef de Service HSE, you will coordinate HSE personnel across Eni Algeria, acting as a key point of reference and ensuring effective alignment and communication with the HSE Manager.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead HSE performance reporting across operated and non-operated assets, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data submission to Eni Headquarters.
- Maintain HSE dashboards, reporting tools, and risk registers to provide clear visibility of HSE performance and emerging risks across JV sites.
- Coordinate ESHIA, EDD, and other HSE assurance activities, ensuring compliance with Eni standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the implementation of Eni's Golden Rules and support the delivery of Four-Year HSE Plans in collaboration with business functions.
- Coordinate HSE meetings, governance forums, and management reporting, ensuring effective follow-up of decisions and actions.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and communications to support HSE leadership and promote best practices across JVs.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Managing Director, HSE Manager, and Management Team.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Eni Algeria HSE Management System, ensuring alignment with corporate requirements.
- Lead environmental performance initiatives, including OGMP, LDAR, flaring reduction, water efficiency, waste management, and related compliance programmes.
- Support the delivery of energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, and decarbonisation projects as the HSE focal point.
- Promote HSE awareness, training, and the adoption of Eni HSE initiatives across the organisation and within Sonatrach partnerships.
- Support HSE incident investigations and emergency preparedness activities in line with national regulations and Eni standards.
- Coordinate HSE audit programmes, including internal, third-party, joint venture, and Headquarters audits.
- Review and validate tender documentation, conduct HSE evaluations of suppliers, and ensure compliance with procurement and contract management requirements.
Skills and experience required:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH Certificate preferred.
- Extensive experience in HSE or Operations within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of HSE frameworks and standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OSHA standards, OGMP 2.0 Guidelines, and IOGP standards. - Experience in HSE coordination, business support, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Good understanding of upstream oil and gas operations.
- Experience supporting management meetings, governance processes, and action tracking.
- Strong ability to prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
