Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with a strong foundational knowledge of machine learning and a passion for building production-ready AI systems. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI features from data preparation and model training to deployment and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, implement, and train machine learning and deep learning models.
● Build, clean, and manage datasets for training and evaluation.
● Develop and integrate components for AI systems, including RAG pipelines, LLM applications, and computer vision modules.
● Collaborate with software engineers to package, deploy, and optimize models in a production environment.
● Create scripts, tools, and documentation to support the AI development lifecycle.
● Analyze model performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications :
● Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
● Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
● Experience with data manipulation and analysis (Pandas, SQL).
● Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, write clean code, and follow engineering best practices.
● A portfolio of personal projects, a public GitHub profile, Kaggle experience, or a relevant thesis.
Preferred Qualifications :
● Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, or RAG system architecture.
● Exposure to MLOps concepts, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
● Interest in applying software engineering rigor to machine learning projects.
