Job Overview:

The British School Algiers is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join our team. This Part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in physical education, promoting healthy lifestyles and physical well-being. The successful candidate will work closely with students of all ages to deliver dynamic and enjoyable lessons, fostering a love for sports and physical activity.

Responsibilities:


• Deliver engaging PE lessons across age groups.


• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that promote fitness, skills, and teamwork.


• Use varied teaching strategies to support different abilities and encourage participation.


• Supervise practical sessions, ensuring safety and active involvement.


• Assess student progress and provide feedback and support.


• Contribute to extracurricular sports and activities.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.


• Fluent in English, as lessons are delivered in English.


• Strong communication skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.


• Commitment to promoting fitness, well-being, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment.
