Join our growing
remote team
as a Call Center Agent In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls while also providing key administrative support such as lead qualification and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle call traffic and qualify leads for live transfers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and update records
  • Maintain spreadsheets and assist with scheduling

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Remote-ready setup: PC/Mac with 8GB RAM, 4000+ CPU score, Windows 11 or macOS, and stable fiber internet
  • Availability: 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days/week between 9 AM – 9 PM EST
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $500 USD/month (≈ $2.84/hr for 176 hrs)
  • Incentives: Up to $500 USD/month
  • Overtime paid separately
