Rare Disease Advisor (Algeria)

We are dedicated to improving access to innovative treatments, especially in the field of
rare diseases
.

Key Responsibilities;

• Develop and implement national and regional market access strategies for products in the rare disease portfolio,
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Project Team,
• Build and maintain effective relationships with payers, health authorities, and key external stakeholders,
• Lead the preparation and submission of reimbursement and pricing dossiers in collaboration with cross-functional teams,
• Monitor and assess healthcare policy changes and their potential impact on market access,
• Provide strategic input into early product development from a market access perspective
• Actively participate in educational and scientific activities,
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, clinical teams) and key stakeholders.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field,
• Proven experience in
  market access
  within the pharmaceutical industry,
• Experience in the oncology area is required,
• Strong knowledge of
  pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare systems,
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills,
• Fluency in English.
