This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Agent based in Hydra. The Commercial Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting sales activities, providing customer service, and engaging in ongoing market and client research. Additionally, the role includes coordinating real estate transactions and facilitating training sessions for new team members or clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience in conducting Research and staying informed about market trends
- Knowledge or experience in Real Estate
- Ability to lead Training sessions effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or relevant field is a plus
