Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager role is based in Heliopolis. The Senior Account Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand business in key sectors. Responsibilities include managing accounts, creating and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions tailored to client's needs, and staying informed of market trends to address client demands effectively.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Account Management, Business Development, and Sales Strategy
Strong client relationship-building skills and an understanding of customer needs
Familiarity with Communication and Information Technology solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking infrastructures, and light current.
Effective negotiation, proposal preparation, and contract management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; additional certifications are an advantage
Experience in one or more of the company's focus sectors (e.g., Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and willingness to travel as needed
