We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us expand our reach and strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns tailored to students and families.

Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of social media posts, stories, and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Support the promotion of education fairs, expos, and local events, ensuring high attendance and engagement.

Monitor campaign analytics, track KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints (online and offline).

Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and align campaigns with enrollment goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, travel, or services industries (internship or entry-level experience also considered).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).

Basic design and content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).

Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.

Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Arabic Darija (written and spoken).

Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
