Role Description

This is a full-time
remote role 100%

for a Real Estate Assistant. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, responding to inquiries, assisting with real estate transactions, maintaining organized records and tracking, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include scheduling appointments, coordinating communication between clients and our team members, manage calls, sharing properties and for the bonus part: managing a small team.

Qualifications


• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Experience in Real Estate operations and transactions

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills


• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

High school diploma required; additional qualifications in real estate, business administration, or related fields are advantageous
