Missions principales
:
Prendre les mesures précises sur site (appartements, maisons, bureaux).
Concevoir des plans 2D et 3D pour les projets d'aménagement, de cuisines équipées et de dressing.
Élaborer les devis pour les clients (au comptant et en paiement facilité).
Assurer le suivi des chantiers : coordination avec les fournisseurs, prestataires et l'équipe technique.
Collaborer avec les autres architectes et le service commercial pour garantir la qualité et la cohérence du projet.
Conseiller les clients sur les choix de matériaux, couleurs et agencements selon leurs besoins et leur budget.
Garantir la satisfaction client et le respect des délais et standards de qualité.
Compétences requises
:
Maîtrise des logiciels de conception (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, ou équivalents).
Bon sens de l'esthétique et de l'aménagement fonctionnel.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les différents intervenants.
Connaissance des matériaux, accessoires et tendances du design intérieur.
Rigueur, sens du détail et organisation.
Profil recherché :
Diplôme en architecture ou design d'intérieur.
Expérience souhaitée dans l'aménagement ou la cuisine équipée.
Esprit créatif, dynamique et orienté client.
Lieu de travail :
Basé à Birkhadem – Tixerain, Alger (avec déplacements sur chantiers possibles).
