- Manage and supervise all projects within the department (crushing, asphalt production and construction work).
- Ensure the planning, execution and monitoring of projects while guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, time, safety and environmental objectives.
- Manage and optimize the human, material and financial resources made available to the unit.
- Ensure the effective mobilization of equipment, personnel and logistical resources according to the implementation schedules.
- Ensure contractual monitoring of projects: attachments, work status reports, amendments and claims.
- Represent the company to the project owner, inspection offices and external partners.
- Identify technical, financial or organizational gaps and propose corrective actions.
- Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize project efficiency and performance.
Provide regular reporting to the General Management on the progress and results of the department.
Engineering degree in public works or civil engineering
- Significant experience in project management, supervision of industrial facilities and administration of equipment fleets.
