Executive Assistant / Algeria

Job Summary:

Provide
high-level administrative and operational support
to senior executives, managing
schedules, communication, travel, and stakeholder relations
while ensuring
confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural adaptability
in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
    Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence; prepare briefings and presentations.
  • Communication:
    Serve as a liaison for internal/external stakeholders; draft emails/reports in
    English and French
    .
  • Office Operations:
    Oversee logistics, vendors, and expense reports; coordinate events and VIP visits.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
    Assist with government/industry engagements; support CSR and community initiatives.
  • Confidentiality:
    Handle sensitive documents and data with discretion.
  • Travel Coordination:
    Arrange complex travel itineraries and briefings.
  • Cultural Adaptability:
    Bridge communication between international executives and local teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Communications, or related field
    .
  • Experience:
    5+ years
    supporting C-level executives in a
    multinational or corporate setting
    .
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional
    organizational and communication skills
    (English/French
    mandatory
    ).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, CRM tools, and digital collaboration platforms
    .
  • Discretion, proactivity, and cultural awareness
    .
  • Languages:
    Fluent in
    English, French, Arabic
    ; Spanish is a
    plus
    .
