Nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe avec un·e
Expert·e Réservations & Expérience Voyage
, basé·e à Alger (Hydra).

Vos missions :

Concevoir et suivre les réservations (vols, hôtels, transferts, activités).

Offrir une expérience fluide et premium à nos voyageurs, de la prise de contact au retour.

Coordonner avec nos guides et partenaires pour garantir l'excellence de service.

Assurer la qualité, la conformité et le respect de nos engagements durables.

Votre profil :

Expérience en agence de voyages, conciergerie ou tourisme haut de gamme.

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (arabe indispensable, italien/allemand = atout).

Organisation, rigueur, sens du détail et excellent relationnel.

Passion pour l'Algérie et intérêt marqué pour le tourisme durable.
