This is a full-time on-site role for a Responsable Marketing, located in Hydra. The individual in this role will plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, enhancing customer engagement, and overseeing promotional events. The candidate will also contribute to the evaluation and improvement of marketing initiatives to ensure success and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing
• Proficiency in Creating Campaigns, Branding, and Social Media Management
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Copywriting, and Editing abilities
• Analytical capabilities for Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Reporting
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams, as well as independently
• Organizational and Project Management skills to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in a leadership marketing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the local market and its dynamics is an added advantage
