Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Mostaganem. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Duties will include developing and implementing HR strategies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee inquiries. The HR Specialist will also assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and training programs.
