We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR and Administration Assistant
to support our Algeria branch operations.
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, contracts, leaves, etc.).
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and staff evaluations.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
- Support communication between departments and the main HR headquarters.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and logistics when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive HR and company information.
- Ensure a smooth daily operation within the branch office.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (healthcare sector experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in
French and English
