Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agent de Billetterie Et de Tourism located in Algiers, Algeria. The agent will handle ticket sales, manage reservations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist clients with their travel needs. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, processing reservations, and ensuring an efficient and pleasant booking experience for every traveler.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales abilities and the ability to meet targets
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
• Fluency in Arabic and French; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
