Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Heliopolis. The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of properties, assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing processes, and provide market insights to help clients make informed decisions. Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet client needs effectively.

• Proven skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and customer service
• Experience in property evaluation, real estate sales, and leasing practices
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems relevant to real estate sales
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and any additional language skills are advantageous
