Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Agent located in Algiers. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket inquiries, selling tickets, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include handling payment transactions, addressing customer concerns professionally, and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Ticket Sales and knowledge of Reservations processes
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and the ability to meet sales goals
Ability to solve customer issues effectively and efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in operating ticketing systems and other relevant software
Previous experience in travel, tourism, or ticketing industries is an advantage
amadeus certificate
