LogisticsLabs is a fast-growing startup building smart, scalable software for the logistics industry. We're a remote-first team across Algeria and Canada, focused on solving logistics challenges with modern technology.

We're currently a team of 7 and expanding. We're now hiring a
Intermediate Backend Developer
to join us for backend development on our core platform.

Tech Stack

  • Backend
    : .NET 6+ (C#)

    : (React)

    : PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Tools
    : Jira, Confluence, Git/GitHub
  • Workflow
    : Remote-first, async-friendly,
    occasional in-person meetings required

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services using .NET
  • Design and optimize data models with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Collaborate with architect, team lead, and frontend developers
  • Write scalable, secure code and documentation
  • Use Jira and Confluence to track progress and document decisions
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings
    (rare but important)

Requirements

  • 2+ years in backend development (C#/.NET)
  • Strong skills with Git/GitHub, RESTful APIs, CI/CD
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
  • Fluent in
    English and Arabic
    (French is a plus)
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Based in or near
    Algiers

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et développer des services backend en .NET
  • Optimiser les modèles de données (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
  • Collaborer avec l'architecte, le lead dev et l'équipe frontend
  • Écrire du code sécurisé et bien documenté
  • Utiliser Jira/Confluence pour suivre les tâches et documenter
  • Participer aux réunions en personne occasionnelles
    (rares mais importantes)

Compétences requises

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience backend (.NET/C#)
  • Maîtrise de Git, GitHub, CI/CD, APIs REST
  • Connaissance approfondie de PostgreSQL et/ou MongoDB
  • Maîtrise de
    l'anglais et de l'arabe
    (le français est un plus)
  • Autonomie et rigueur dans un environnement remote
  • Résidence à Alger ou proximité
