QA Engineer

Summary:
We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing. The QA Engineer will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Job Responsibility:
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
