Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in Dély Brahim. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely cash collection. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate financial records and providing excellent customer service to resolve payment-related concerns. Collaboration with the finance team is a vital part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Debt Collection, Cash Collection, and financial transaction handling
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of basic Finance principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and collaboratively with a team
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
