Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist . The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional phone etiquette. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, troubleshooting problems, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Exceptional Phone Etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in city zerhouni_ El mohammadia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in real estate or technology industries is beneficial
