We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist / International Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in matching the best candidates with our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in diverse roles within the specified industries. This role offers the opportunity to work and collaborate with a global team to drive excellence in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment to ensure a successful placement for both parties.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the specified industries.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in diverse roles across international markets.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
