Refinery Process

Description : 

Manage Refinery operations and Oil movements assuring Cost, Quality, Safety & Technical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Refinery Operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
• Control the movement of oil, entry and exit of oil in the refining units, to confirm the quality of the manufacturing process.
• Controls & monitors the operational resources including materials, budget, manpower & consumables by reviewing performance against targets & budget.
• Ensure manpower & machinery performance is within required standards & updates further needs through machine & operational efficiencies analysis.
• Develop appropriate Refinery operation seeking continous pperformance improvements.
• Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate refinery reports to meet  department requirements, policies and standards.

Academic and Professional Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering or relevant field. 
• Knoweledge of Budget control, ISO & HACCP, oil chemistry, oil refinery technology.
• 6 - 9 years' relevant experience in Refinery or Manufacturing.
