This is a key leadership position where your decisions directly shape the brand, the customer experience, and the company's growth trajectory.

The Mission

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing strategy end-to-end, manage the team, and build high-impact campaigns that elevate our brand and drive measurable growth.

You will work closely with the CEO & COO, influence top-level decisions, and be responsible for ensuring that MAZYOUD becomes the benchmark in family & kids e-commerce in Algeria.

What You Will Lead

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and strengthen MAZYOUD's brand identity across all touchpoints.

  • Develop a clear long-term brand vision that connects emotionally with Algerian families.

Performance Marketing

  • Build and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).

  • Drive conversions, retention, and ROI based on data-driven decisions.

  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and overall traffic growth.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Supervise the content calendar, storytelling, and visual identity.

  • Lead video, photo, and creative production with measurable impact on sales.

  • Ensure every piece of content is aligned with the brand and market needs.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the marketing team (content, design, filming, social media…).

  • Build an organized, efficient, and high-performance marketing department.

  • Implement processes, tools, and dashboards for better execution.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Analyze the market, competition, and customer behavior.

  • Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and strategic threats.

  • Use data to shape decisions and guide product positioning.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and launch campaigns for major collections, seasons, and product lines.

  • Ensure strong campaign performance across all digital platforms.

Profile We're Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or digital-first brands.
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns that deliver real results (growth, conversions, brand awareness).

Key Skills

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools + Meta & TikTok Ads.

  • Solid knowledge of analytics (Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, KPIs).

  • Creative mindset with a good understanding of design and storytelling.

  • Data-driven decision maker with excellent analytical thinking.

  • Leadership skills: ability to guide, motivate, and structure a team.
