Job Purpose
As an
LOC Quality Executive
, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our Quality Management System (QMS) and operations comply with GSK's high standards, global policies, and local regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver Local Operating Country (LOC) Quality Objectives and LOC Quality Improvement Plans.
• Perform trending of Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a robust, sustainable, and effective Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with GSK standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage quality performance of assigned third-party contractors, service providers, and suppliers, ensuring potential quality and compliance issues are promptly identified and resolved.
• Coordinate and participate in LOC Quality Council meetings to address quality-related issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support risk management processes to mitigate quality risks in a timely manner.
• Conduct quality impact assessments for planned changes at the LOC and ensure proper change control management.
• Perform self-inspections at the LOC and oversee third-party operations with potential product quality and regulatory compliance impacts.
• Investigate deviations, quality issues, audit findings, and customer complaints, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all products supplied to market meet quality, safety, and efficacy standards while complying with local regulations.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with the following qualifications and experience:

• Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the life sciences industry in a QA / QC role.
• Experience with cGMP (Clinical Good Manufacturing Practices) in pharmaceutical testing and secondary repacking.
• Operational experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in warehousing and distribution.

Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the basic qualifications, the following skills and characteristics are desirable:

• Strong ability to engage with and work well in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.

Work Environment
This is an on-site role based in our warehouse site in Khmis Miliana, Algeria.
