As a Junior Analyst - Management Consulting, you will play a central role in the design, execution, and delivery of primary research studies for our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across Africa (North, East, and West Africa).You will help clients understand markets, customers, and stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative research, transforming raw insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic decision‑making.

Leveraging your analytical mindset and industry understanding, you will ensure high‑quality insights and research deliverables.
Main Responsibilities
Research Design & Execution
Support the design of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
Develop research instruments (screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires).
Coordinate with fieldwork teams across African markets to ensure high‑quality data collection.
Monitor data collection progress and ensure adherence to timelines and research standards.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze primary data using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Identify patterns, themes, and insights from interviews, surveys, and other primary sources.
Translate research findings into meaningful business implications and strategic recommendations.
Deliverables & Reporting
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel).
Synthesize insights into clear narratives tailored to client objectives.
Present research findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Client & Project Management
Contribute to proposal development, scoping documents, and research plans.
Support the management of smaller research projects or workstreams.
Participate in client meetings, presenting insights and addressing follow-up requests.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (consulting, analytics, fieldwork, etc.).
Technical Skills
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
Ability to draw insights from complex respondent feedback and varied datasets.
Proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel for data handling, PowerPoint for insight storytelling).
Experience
Prior experience in market research, primary research, consulting, or pharmaceutical/healthcare roles is a strong plus.
Exposure to African healthcare/pharma markets is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Market Research, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Languages
Fluency in French and English is required.
